General Provisions — All Users

1. Your Relationship with Us

TjMakeBot is provided by Taojiang Information Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.

2. Acceptance

By accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

3. Modifications

We may modify the Terms and will notify you of material changes in the app. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.

4. Account

Certain features require an account (or guest usage). You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your credentials secure. Deletion: service@taojsh.com.

5. Use

Prohibited: copying/modification/reverse engineering/derivative works; distribution/sale/rental; unauthorized advertising use; disruption/circumvention of measures; integration with other programs.

6. Content & Rights

Software, UI, text, images, icons, logos, data ("Taojiang Content") are protected. You retain rights to your "User Content" and grant us a limited license to process it in order to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimer & Indemnification

Service provided "as is" and "as available". No warranty of uninterrupted/error-free/specific suitability. You will indemnify Taojiang in case of violation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted, no liability for loss of profits/opportunities/reputation, data loss, indirect/incidental damages. Other damages limited to the total amount paid in the last 12 months.

9. Miscellaneous

Governing law: Chinese law. Disputes: arbitration before the Shanghai Lingang FTZ International Arbitration Committee (Chinese, three arbitrators). Open-source: applicable licenses. Links: fair and lawful; revocable. Age: 13+. No implied waiver. Severability. Contact: service@taojsh.com.

Appendix — App Stores

In case of conflict with Apple/Microsoft/Amazon/Google Play terms, the applicable store terms shall prevail.
