1. Scope

This policy applies to the TjMakeBot web app and website (tjmakebot.com and subdomains) provided and controlled by Taojiang Information Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.

2. Information We Collect

- Usage data: page views, clicks, scrolls, language, referrer, browser/device info, screen size. - Performance & diagnostics: error logs, load and interaction metrics. - Local data: language/UI preferences, session/cache (cookies, localStorage, IndexedDB). - Annotation data: images and annotations you process locally in your browser; not uploaded unless you explicitly export/share. - Cloud training data: When you use the cloud model training feature, your images and annotation data will be encrypted and uploaded to our cloud servers (Alibaba Cloud OSS) for model training. This data is used solely for the training task you requested. After training is complete, you may choose to delete the related data. We do not use your training data for any other purpose or share it with third parties. - Account & authentication data: email/username, password (stored hashed server‑side), verification fields (e.g., captcha, area code, mobile), session tokens and certificate identifiers; locally stored cryptographic keys used for client‑side encryption (e.g., AES/RSA keys) and session identifiers. - Third party: Google Analytics (GA4) and Baidu Tongji (aggregated analytics).

3. How We Use Information

- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service and performance (including account creation and login). - Cloud model training: Process your uploaded images and annotation data to train machine learning models. - Security, abuse prevention, and debugging. - Product analytics and decisions (via GA4 and Baidu Tongji).

4. Cloud Training Data Processing

- Data Upload: When you initiate cloud training, your images and annotation data are uploaded via encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS) to Alibaba Cloud OSS storage service. - Data Use: Uploaded data is used solely to execute the model training task you requested and will not be used for any other purpose. - Data Storage: Training data is stored on Alibaba Cloud servers located in China, protected by Alibaba Cloud security measures. - Data Retention: After training is complete, related data is retained for a period to allow you to download training results. You may request deletion of your training data at any time by contacting us. - Data Security: We employ industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Third‑Party SDK (GA4 and Baidu Tongji)

GA4 and Baidu Tongji may collect page views, device/browser info, and approximate location in aggregated/anonymous form to measure and improve the product. We do not sell personal information.

6. Cookies & Local Storage

We use cookies and local storage for session and preferences. Manage/delete in your browser; disabling may impact features.

7. International Transfers

Analytics providers may process data on servers outside your country with appropriate safeguards. Cloud training data is stored on servers in China.

8. Retention

Kept only as long as necessary for the purposes above. You can clear local data anytime. Cloud training data is retained for a period after training completion; you may request early deletion.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including data transmission encryption, access controls, and secure storage, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Rights

Subject to law, you may exercise access, correction, deletion, and objection/restriction; contact service@taojsh.com. You may request deletion of your cloud training data at any time.

11. Children

General‑audience app; not intended for under‑13. If discovered, related data will be deleted.

12. Changes

We may update this policy and show the "Last Updated" date. Continued use means acceptance.
